Exercise DVD Review: 8 Minute Workouts (arms/abs/buns/legs)

Title of Article

This is something that we have been hearing our entire life but it is also something that many of us find confusing.

An important part of the process is diet, but perhaps not the type of diet that you are thinking about.

Simply eat clean and make sure that you avoid overeating and your diet should be close to where it needs to be.

On top of that, it is important to make sure that you are doing weight loss exercises on a regular basis. How often should you be doing these exercises and what are the best exercises to do?

It is recommended that an individual should be getting anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes of exercise on a daily basis, at least five days a week.

Two of the main things that stand in our way of getting this much exercise tend to be that we have a busy schedule or that we don't feel healthy enough to do so.

If you feel unhealthy, building up to this much exercise is important so don't feel bad if you can only do five minutes per day at the start.

As far as those who feel they don't have the time, go talk to somebody who exercises on a regular basis. They will let you know that the additional energy they get from exercising helps him to accomplish more in less time.

Three Steps Of Your Training Program

  • One of the best weight loss exercises that you can do, simply because it is one that almost anyone can do is walking.

The amount of time and distance that you walk is really up to the individual but you should make sure that you are doing at least a half hour per day. Even if you have to split it up into 3 sessions of 10 minutes each, you will be accomplishing the same thing.

  • For those who really want to kick up their weight loss to the next level, there are two different types of exercises that they could be doing.

The first of these is resistance exercise, such as lifting weights.

Building up the lean muscle mass on your body is going to help you to look great and burn calories 24 hours a day.

Concentrate on the larger muscles of your body, the legs and core as this will help you to add the most muscle mass in the shortest amount of time.

  • Another type of weight loss exercises are high-intensity interval training, or HIIT. You can do any type of exercise as HIIT, including running, biking, swimming or whatever else it is that you enjoy doing.

The idea is that you go hard for one minute and then slow down for one or two minutes. Continue this cycle for 20 or 30 minutes and within a month, you will notice a large difference in the way that you look.

Future articles will explore weight loss exercises in depth.
